I have been working in the field of mental health for more than seven years. In 2007, I completed my education in Counseling Psychology and am now working to attain my California State license while being supervised by Mary Deger Seevers.

Who do I work with?

I work with individuals, adults, children, adolescents, families and couples. I am proficient in Spanish and am able to see Spanish speaking clients as well.

What areas do I specialize in?

During my previous work in schools and with the County of San Mateo, I gained experience working with children, adolescents, and their families on a broad range of emotional and behavioral issues including: depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and loss, family conflicts, and post-traumatic stress disorder among others. I also enjoy working with couples, particularly those seeking premarital counseling.

When am I available?

I have daytime and evening hours available by appointment. Please contact me to find out when I may have an opening.

How much do I charge?

My standard fee for a 50 minute session is $75. I also have sliding scale rates.

Education:

• Santa Clara University: Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology
• Stanford University: Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Mind, Culture and Society; Minor in Spanish language studies
